We first grew wasabi in our organic gardens in 2015, and began supplying local restaurants in 2017. Since then we have expanded our range of produce to suit the growing number of wonderful restaurants in our locality.
What we grow
In our gardens we grow a wide selection of great tasting and attractive herbs, roots, leaves, pulses, gourds and fruit.
Including agretti, okahijiki, hop shoots, blanched sea kale, blanched cardoon, amranth, dandelion, par-cel, sorel, cress, tree spinach, yin yang beans.
